Why she finally signed up
Two of Maureen’s friends were already ATP clients, and their progress was hard to ignore. When they first described the programme, she assumed it was more extreme than she needed and tried to get results on her own instead. Regular gym sessions never delivered what she wanted, so she eventually signed up, and quickly realised the process was nowhere near as extreme as she had imagined.
It’s about sustainability. Find something that is important to you, realize what your priorities are, and then make it a lifestyle rather than just a transformation.Maureen
Learning to cook, on a schedule
Changing her diet was the hardest part. Maureen had never been into cooking, and it took a couple of weeks to build a new routine: buying the right groceries, monitoring her food, and making time to cook three times a day. Eating out meant losing control of what went into her meals, so she stopped finding the time and started making it.
Building a routine that stuck
The lifestyle-focused D.N.A coaching, daily routine, nutrition, activity, made the daily routine itself the priority. Reorganising her schedule around the gym and her meals felt strange at first, but it pushed her to set new priorities, including fewer late-night work calls so she could get proper sleep.

Finding confidence in the weights room
Maureen had worked out for years, both weights and cardio, but always felt intimidated walking into the free-weights section of a commercial gym.
Working with my ATP Coach has taught me how to do everything with the correct form. It took a while, but now I feel confident to be able to walk into any gym’s weights room and train, which feels great.Maureen
The numbers, and the bigger picture
Alongside the physical change came a lower resting heart rate, better quality sleep, and the ability to run faster and for longer than she had in years. Maureen now cooks dinner voluntarily, something her friends never expected, and treats the gym as part of her day rather than a chore.

I’ve lost almost 10kg and my body fat is down to 16% from 27%.Maureen
That kind of change compounds. Maureen’s friends noticed it too, mostly in the fact that she now volunteers to cook dinner, something none of them ever expected.
I had always thought going to the gym was such a chore, but now it has become an important (and enjoyable) part of my day and I feel more energized when I do it.Maureen
