ATP’s leadership team brings together decades of combined experience in personal training, sports science, and business operations. Each member leads a specific area of the business while staying close to client work.

Pete Fisher

CEO and Founder

Pete founded ATP in 2018 to build a personal training studio defined by methodology, client outcomes, and long-term coaching relationships. A former professional rugby player and former management at Ultimate Performance, Pete leads ATP’s overall vision, methodology development, and brand direction across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Jay Horley

Chief Operating Officer

Jay oversees ATP’s day-to-day operations across both studios, including coaching team development, client experience, and the systems that keep coaching standards consistently high across hundreds of active programmes.

Jeremy Meyer

Education Manager

Jeremy leads coach education across ATP, running the internal apprenticeship programme and ongoing professional development. Every ATP coach goes through Jeremy’s onboarding before they take on a client.

May leads the Singapore studio at 105 Cecil Street. She manages the SG coaching team, client onboarding, and day-to-day operations — the person ensuring every client experience at the Singapore studio is consistent with ATP’s standards.

Waleed leads the Hong Kong studio in Central. He manages the HK coaching team, client experience, and operations — the senior contact for any client training out of our Hong Kong location.

How We Match You With a Coach

Beyond leadership, ATP runs a senior coaching team across both studios. Every coach holds internationally recognised certifications, has been through Jeremy’s onboarding, and works under continuing education requirements year-round. We match every new client to the coach best suited to their goals at the free trial.

  1. You book a free trial. No payment, no commitment. Tell us your goals, history, and any preferences (including coach gender if relevant).
  2. We match you to a coach. Based on your goals, life stage, schedule, and personality fit — we assign the coach with the strongest specialist alignment.
  3. You meet at the trial session. A real 60-minute session in our studio. You experience the coaching style directly. If the fit is not right, we reassign — no friction.
  4. Same coach throughout. Once matched, you work with that coach for the duration of your programme. No rotating juniors. The coach-client relationship is one of the biggest predictors of long-term results.

What Every ATP Coach Holds

The bar to coach at ATP is high. Every coach on the team meets the following standards before they take a client:

  • Internationally recognised personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA-CSCS, ACSM, or exercise science degree).
  • Completion of ATP’s internal apprenticeship programme led by Jeremy Meyer — covering D.N.A. methodology, programme design, nutrition coaching, and client management.
  • Ongoing continuing education, with annual recertification and quarterly internal training cycles.
  • Specialist training in at least one of: female client coaching, postnatal recovery, menopause programming, injury rehabilitation, diabetes management, or longevity training.
  • Direct mentorship from Pete, Jay, or Jeremy across the first 12 months on the team.
