What ATP does

Private 1-on-1 sessions

Every session is 60 minutes: a warm-up, a main strength and conditioning block, and a cool-down. Your coach adjusts weights, tempo and volume as you go.

The same coach

We match you at your free consultation, and you keep that coach.

The D.N.A. method

Your plan covers your Daily Routine, Nutrition and Activity.

The Trainerize app

Log meals, activity and weigh-ins between sessions. Your coach reviews them.

Open from 5am

Our studio at 105 Cecil Street opens at 5am on weekdays. See our CBD studio page for directions and parking.

Quarterly strategy meeting

Every client meets their coach each quarter to review progress and plan the next block.

How it works

01

Free consultation

A sit-down chat at the studio with a senior coach. We look at your goals, your schedule and what has worked before, then recommend a coach. No payment and no commitment.

02

First session

Your coach checks how you move, looks at key health and performance markers, agrees your goals, and you train.

03

Your plan

Built on the D.N.A. method and planned around your schedule.

04

Reviews

Your coach reviews your logs between sessions, and you meet each quarter for a strategy meeting.

Coaches and qualifications

Every ATP coach holds a recognised certification: NASM, ACE, NSCA-CSCS, ACSM, or an exercise science degree. They also complete the ATP apprenticeship, led by our Education Manager, Jeremy Meyer, and keep learning through ongoing CPD.

What does it cost, and is it worth it?

Cost

Prices vary between commercial gyms, freelance trainers and private studios. Our guide to personal training costs in Singapore explains what changes the price. We go through ATP's options and prices with you at your free consultation.

Is it worth it?

It is worth it if it gets you results you would not get on your own, and you keep them. That needs a qualified coach, a plan for your daily routine and food as well as your sessions, and progress you can measure. For a comparison, see how to choose the best personal trainer in Singapore.

Do you sell packages or single sessions?

We go through ATP's options and prices with you at your free consultation.

How often should I train?

Your coach plans how often you train around your schedule and your goal.

How long before I see results?

It depends on where you start, how often you train and how closely you follow the plan. Your progress is tracked, so you can see what is changing.

Can I start if I have never been to a gym?

Yes. Your first session starts by checking how you move, and your coach adjusts every session to suit you.

Can I choose a male or female trainer?

Yes. Tell us at your free consultation.

What qualifications should a personal trainer have?

Look for a recognised certification, such as NASM, ACE, NSCA-CSCS or ACSM, or an exercise science degree. All ATP coaches have one, plus our in-house apprenticeship and ongoing training.
