Your Questions, Answered

When can I start postnatal training?

Most mothers are cleared at their 6-week check (often later after a C-section). We start whenever your doctor clears you, and we tailor intensity to exactly where your body is. It is never too late to start, whether your baby is 6 weeks or 6 years old.

I have diastasis recti. Can you help?

Yes. This is core to what we do. We assess the separation, train the deep core to close and support it, and carefully avoid the movements that make it worse. Many of our clients arrive worried about their diastasis and leave with a functional, strong core.

I had a C-section. Is it different?

Yes, and we account for it. C-section recovery needs more time and a careful approach to the scar and surrounding tissue. We work from your clearance and progress conservatively.

I have no time with a newborn. How does this work?

Sessions are efficient and scheduled around you. Two to three focused sessions a week produce real change. We build the plan around your life, not the other way around.

I’ve never really been fit. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Many of our most rewarding transformations are mothers who were never gym people. We meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
