Two decades of excuses
Jason is a business consultant who had tried to get fit on his own more times than he can count, always falling back on excuses like travel and work. After two decades of procrastination, he finally signed up at a gym, and finding ATP turned out to be a life-changing decision.
What I’ve seen at ATP is that if you put your trust in the coach and stick with the program, the results will come.Jason
Where he started
During his initial consultation with coach Chris Kwok, it was clear Jason had tried a lot in the past without much reward: extreme fasting protocols, online coaching, even a home gym, but never the structure and accountability he needed to make progress. He arrived with a rotator cuff injury, high cholesterol, gout, and a demanding business travel schedule.
The goal was clear from the outset: lose 14kg in 12 weeks. Chris broke it into three milestones of 5kg, 5kg and 4kg, followed by a maintenance phase focused on holding around 16% body fat while building strength.

Hitting my goal required persistence and consistency, and my coach was there every step of the way to keep me on track when I needed help.Jason
Early wins
Just six weeks into the programme, Jason could already fit into a branded t-shirt he had bought 20 years earlier and never managed to wear. He went from struggling through a handful of pull-ups at his first session to multiple weighted sets, and hit a bodyweight he had not seen since 2010.

The results
The transformation showed up everywhere the coaches were tracking it: visually, on the scale with a 15kg reduction in total body weight, and in performance, going from just a couple of pull-ups to 15. His bloodwork improved too, with LDL cholesterol dropping from 87 to 57 and HDL rising from 48 to 50.

When I first started I honestly didn’t think I could achieve this. Now I know if you believe in yourself and come to ATP you can obtain your dream body.Jason
What actually drove it
There was no secret formula, just a blueprint applied consistently: daily check-in reminders, sending food photos for accountability, training every single day he was back in Singapore, pushing close to failure each session, and constant communication with his coach to stay on track.
It makes me feel confident again and makes me feel young again. It makes me feel like I can achieve what I set out to do.Jason
For Jason, the shift went well beyond the physical, becoming the anchor for the rest of his life: more confidence, more energy, and a renewed sense that he can achieve what he sets out to do.
I would like to be able to inspire my friends and colleagues to do the same.Jason
