Stuck in a cycle
Farid had been weight training for years, but kept hitting the same wall: an injury, months of no activity, then starting again from close to zero. A friend who had been through the ATP programme and seen real results was enough to convince him it was worth trying something different.
I have been weight training for many years but I was going through the endless cycles of injury, no activity for a few months and then starting again.Farid
Support that stayed consistent
The daily support of his coach was what finally kept Farid consistent with dieting, training and cardio, something he had never managed to sustain on his own. He also learned proper technique for the first time, training injury free throughout despite old injuries his coach worked carefully around, and came away impressed by the professionalism of everyone he dealt with at ATP.

More than the mirror
The lifestyle changes reached further than his physique: better sleep, earlier nights, more positive energy day to day. Farid says he is more relaxed generally, with lower stress and more comfort in his own skin, alongside the physical changes he came in for.
I have experienced dramatic improvements in so many aspects of my health. It is worth the investment as it easily rivals several years of training.Farid
His advice to others
Farid’s advice to anyone starting out is straightforward: join a proper programme, save yourself the time and frustration of figuring it out alone, and lean on people who actually know what they are doing rather than online self-proclaimed experts. He sees it as learning skills for life, backed by a level of attentiveness and accountability he could not replace on his own.
You can always get back on track, especially with the help of your coach.Farid
Fifteen sessions in, Farid was already further ahead than five years of training alone had gotten him. He puts that down to consistency, proper technique and having someone in his corner every step of the way.
