What ATP does

Private 1-on-1 sessions

Every session is 60 minutes with one coach and one client.

A private studio in Central

No group classes and no open gym floor. Showers, towels and changing space are on site.

The D.N.A. method

Your plan covers your Daily Routine, Nutrition and Activity, not only the hours you spend with us.

Support between sessions

Message your coach when you need to, for example to ask what to order at a restaurant.

Measured progress

Body composition with skinfold calipers, body weight, exercise performance, photos and any health markers you choose to share.

Quarterly strategy meeting

Every client meets their coach each quarter to review progress and plan the next block.

How it works

01

Free consultation

A sit-down chat at the studio with a senior coach. We look at your goals, your schedule and what has worked before, then recommend a coach. No payment and no commitment.

02

First session

One hour. Your coach checks how you move, looks at key health and performance markers, agrees your goals, and you train.

03

Your 12-week plan

Built on the D.N.A. method and planned around your diary.

04

Progress reviews

Every 4 to 6 weeks we check the numbers with you and adjust the plan.

Questions people ask

Not answered here? WhatsApp us on +852 5139 0416.

How many sessions a week do I need?

We usually recommend about 3 hours a week at the studio. We plan that around your work and travel.

How long until I see results?

It depends on where you start, how often you train and how closely you follow the plan. We measure progress every 4 to 6 weeks, so you can see what is changing.

What is included beyond the sessions?

Your 12-week plan, help from your coach between sessions, an app that syncs with Fitbit and MyFitnessPal, progress reviews every 4 to 6 weeks and a strategy meeting each quarter.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes. Nutrition is one of the three parts of the D.N.A. method. Your coach helps with practical choices, such as what to order when you eat out.

Can I choose a male or female coach?

Yes. Tell us your preference at the free consultation. See our female personal trainer page.

How do I choose a personal trainer in Hong Kong?

Look for a qualified coach who plans your routine and food as well as your sessions, and who can show you how progress will be measured. Our guide covers how to choose a good personal trainer.
