Your Questions, Answered
When can I start postnatal training?
Most mothers are cleared at their 6-week check (often later after a C-section). We start whenever your doctor clears you and tailor intensity to where your body is. It is never too late, whether your baby is 6 weeks or 6 years old.
I have diastasis recti. Can you help?
Yes. This is core to what we do. We assess the separation, train the deep core to close and support it, and avoid the movements that make it worse.
I had a C-section. Is it different?
Yes, and we account for it. C-section recovery needs more time and a careful approach. We work from your clearance and progress conservatively.
I have no time with a newborn. How does this work?
Sessions are efficient and scheduled around you. Two to three focused sessions a week produce real change.
I’ve never really been fit. Is this for me?
