Giorgia felt lost and flabby after giving birth, working with ATP Personal Training helped her to take back control of her health and fitness

Could you tell us why you decided to start personal training with ATP?

After having my baby, I felt lost and flabby for months. Always tired – no wonder – and getting back into shape seemed impossible. But then I got to know ATP Personal Training and my coach Megan, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer.

What were your initial results like?

So I really see a difference in many different areas. From a physical perspective, my skin is better, my hair is better, my nails have never been stronger.

I sleep better than means I’m less cranky at home as well as at work. And I would say overall, the physical strength, brought also mental strength. It 100% benefits you across all areas.

In just over 12 weeks, I lost a whopping 8 kgs and feel stronger than ever before. But it’s not just about the numbers – I have more energy, my confidence is soaring, and I’m finally comfortable in my own skin again.

What was the support like from your personal training coach?

My coach Megan didn’t just create a workout plan – she’s a master of accountability. She personalized a workout routine, a nutrition plan, and even daily routines to fit my busy schedule as a new working mom. The best part? She held me accountable to every single aspect of it.

We all make excuses, but Megan wouldn’t let me get away with it (in the nicest way possible, of course!). She checked in regularly, tracked my progress, and offered support and encouragement when I needed it most. There were days I truly didn’t feel like working out, but she knew how to push me (safely!) and get the best results out of me.

What advice do you have for any one considering starting their own journey?

You just have to get your head down and do it. For example, when you don’t get to sleep because you have a little one at home or you have a 12 hour working day, with phone calls at 11 p.m. with US time zone, this kind of stuff. You just do it. Make sure that you take care of yourself.

Then just remember why you’re doing it. And that really gives you the power to push through the hard times. It makes you feel empowered. If I put in the work and  if I put my mind to it, I can bring meaningful change in my life and and actually to others as well. Because better mood means better family life, better work life, better time with people I love.
