What motivated you to start personal training with Megan at ATP?
After trying various diets and workouts without success, especially post-pregnancy, I was eager to find a method that worked. I had gained some weight and struggled to lose it despite running, walking, and experimenting with different fitness routines. My main motivation was to look and feel great again, particularly after becoming a mom.
