Behind the camera
As a professional photographer, Keith has captured hundreds of athletes and ATP clients at the end of their transformations. After personally witnessing dozens of those results, he knew the accountability and structure of the ATP approach would work for him too.
This year I decided to finally do my own body transformation because I wanted to walk the walk and become an inspiration for my clients and friends.Keith
Where he started
Keith was stressed out by work, glued to his phone and spending hours on his laptop editing images. His diet had no rules: one large, unregimented meal a day where anything went. He was overconsuming carbs and undereating protein.

Fixing the routine
His job means hours in front of a screen, so we started by locking in better circadian rhythms: sunlight in the mornings, blue-light blocking on his laptop and phone at night, and an evening walk most days to decompress from work and add low-level activity.
Flipping the diet
We flipped the one-meal-a-day paradigm: more meals, more protein. Keith instantly felt the difference in his energy and focus at work.
Hitting my goal required persistence and consistency, and my coach was there every step of the way to keep me on track when I needed help.Keith
Training that counts
Keith trained three times per week with his ATP coach and added a couple of solo sessions, aiming for 10,000 steps a day. His program was built around getting stronger every session on every lift, not chasing pointless volume, a trap he had fallen into before.

Thanks to ATP Personal Training I have lost 27 pounds of weight and dropped 13% body fat.Keith
When Keith first started, he honestly did not think he could achieve this. Now he tells his own clients: believe in yourself, put your trust in the coach, stick with the program, and the results will come.
