Every female client at ATP follows the same four-stage process. It is built for sustainable change — not a one-off challenge.

  1. Free Trial & Goal-Setting. Book a free trial session at our CBD studio. We discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any concerns. You experience how we coach. No commitment.
  2. Body Composition & Baseline. We take body composition measurements, photos, and a movement screen. This becomes your reference for tracking real progress, not just scale weight.
  3. Tailored Programme — D.N.A. Methodology. Your coach builds a 12-week programme tailored to your starting point. The D.N.A. framework — Daily Routine, Nutrition, Activity — addresses sleep, stress, nutrition, and strength training together.
  4. Reviews Every 4–6 Weeks. Body composition, photos, programme adjustments. We adapt to your results rather than running a fixed template.

What to Expect in a Session at ATP

Sessions run 60 minutes. The structure is consistent so you know what to expect — but the content adapts week to week as your strength, recovery, and goals shift.

  • 5-minute check-in with your coach: sleep, stress, soreness, nutrition adherence, life context for the week ahead.
  • 10-minute warm-up tailored to that session’s key lifts: mobility, activation, and prep work.
  • 30–40 minute strength block: compound lifts (squat, deadlift, press, pull) progressed week to week, plus accessory work targeting specific goals.
  • 5–10 minute finisher where appropriate: conditioning, mobility, or core depending on the day.
  • 5-minute wrap-up: what to log this week, any homework, recovery notes.

For female clients with metabolic goals, perimenopausal symptoms, or longevity-focused training, we partner with Protocol Health for biomarker panel testing. Protocol’s panels include over 100 markers covering hormones, lipids, glucose, inflammation, thyroid, and more.

Your free trial is a real coaching session with a real ATP coach at our 105 Cecil Street studio. Allow 75–90 minutes for the full experience.

  • 15-minute consultation: we discuss your goals, history, lifestyle, and any concerns or injuries.

Personal training in Singapore typically ranges from $80 to $200+ per session depending on the trainer's experience, the studio, and whether sessions are private or shared. ATP runs fully private 1-on-1 sessions at the upper end of that range, appropriate for the level of coaching, programming, and accountability we deliver. We discuss specific pricing transparently at your free trial because the right package depends on training frequency, programme length, and your goals.

For most women, two to three private sessions per week produces the best results. This is frequent enough to drive adaptation but not so much that life cannot accommodate it. One session per week works for maintenance but progress is slower.

Yes. Most ATP female clients see measurable changes in body composition within four to six weeks and dramatic changes by week 12. The bigger story is what happens between months six and 18, when the methodology, habits, and strength gains compound into long-term transformations.

Yes. We specialise in both prenatal and postnatal personal training. Prenatal training continues until your OB-GYN advises otherwise. Postnatal training resumes once you have medical clearance, usually six to eight weeks after birth for vaginal delivery and longer for caesarean.

Our team includes both male and female coaches, all experienced in training female clients. At your free trial we match you with the coach best suited to your goals. If you prefer a female trainer, we will assign one.

No. We train both men and women. However, every session is private 1-on-1 with your coach in our dedicated training space. You are not sharing the floor with other clients during your session.

No. Women do not have the hormonal profile to build large amounts of muscle mass quickly. What you build is lean, defined muscle that creates the shape most women actually want, and it takes years of dedicated training to look bulky even if that is your goal.

Yes. This is a growing part of our female client base. Strength training is the most effective intervention for the body composition, metabolic, bone density, and energy changes of perimenopause and menopause. Most of our menopause clients see dramatic changes within 12 to 24 weeks.
