Honestly, it boils down to a simple choice: you either want it or you don’t. And if you want it, you have to go all in. I reached a point where I knew I wanted to push my limits and see what I could achieve.

What has the transformation process been like for you?

Over the past 20 weeks, I’ve gone from 26.2% to 13.9% body fat and gained 4kgs of muscle mass. Physically, I feel like a beast—stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. I look leaner, more toned, and more vascular, which has drawn a lot of positive comments. It’s taken a lot of hard work and discipline, but the results speak for themselves.

Beyond the physical changes, how has this journey impacted you on a personal level?

This program has brought so much more than just physical changes. I feel more confident, energized, centered, and rooted. The discipline and consistency of my training have become a predictable part of my life that I can control.
