Could you tell us why you decided to start personal training with ATP?

My original motivation was to really look different. I really wanted to have a dramatic change, a transformative change.

Previously I felt lousy every day, and I felt tired. I didn’t really look at the mirror, especially for my whole body.

Maybe I would look at my face because I need to do makeup. I would  avoid it, I don’t really have a full body mirror at home. But now I look at myself every day and I feel confident.

Have you weight trained before?

I have, it was really hard just to do it on my own. So obviously, I tried eating healthy on my own, you know, doing some exercise but wasn’t getting the results.

So at the end of the day, I thought, you know, I’ve got to invest the time for myself to get a proper trainer and come to the gym on a regular basis. And I never done weight training before so it was totally new to me.  That’s why I wanted a professional to guide me along the way.

What have your results been like?

I lost 9 kilos since I joined this program. Now I look at myself every day and I feel confident. Another benefit is that my energy levels are totally different.

I think when you transform your physique then your whole vibe also changes. I really like the way I am right now.

What has it been like working with ATP Personal Training?

It’s not been as hard as I thought it would be, it’s actually very easy to follow. I think that’s also one of the reasons why after all my due diligence I chose ATP, because I think this is a program that I can follow. It’s actually tailored to me and with my schedule I travel a lot and I have a very busy schedule so I can’t do the program if it is too harsh, and strict or is standard to everyone.

What advice do you have for any one considering starting their own journey?

I needed a tailored program, and then the whole process has been very easy to follow and of course I need to put in the effort and commitment  but it’s easy to follow and then I get my results.

I’m very happy that I joined ATP. I’d definitely recommend the gym to anyone who has some specific ideas in training and wants to know your gym money is well invested!

ATP is the most effective PT gym I’ve done and it surprisingly gave me immediate results with the instructions not too hard to follow (including the diet part). I’ve tried several others but didn’t lead to a satisfying results. It could be too easy or too hard to follow. I also like the vibes of ATP where is very energetic, down to earth and results driven. The team here spent time to listen what I would like to achieve and what’s my living habit and tailored the plan for me so it worked! For the first time for my specific goal.
