  3. Personalised 12-Week Plan. Your coach builds a programme tailored to your starting point using the D.N.A. framework — Daily Routine, Nutrition, Activity.
  4. Train & Adapt. Two to three private sessions per week. Nutrition coaching woven into every session. Direct WhatsApp access to your coach between sessions.
  5. 4–6 Week Reviews. Body composition, photos, programme adjustments. We adapt to your real results rather than running a fixed template.
