Can I train at ATP if I am pregnant or postnatal?

Yes, with medical clearance. Prenatal training continues until your doctor advises otherwise. Postnatal training resumes typically six to eight weeks after birth depending on delivery type and any complications.

What if I have never lifted weights before?

Most of our female clients had never seriously lifted weights before joining ATP. Your first six to eight weeks focus on movement fundamentals with light loading and technique mastery.
