  2. Baseline & Goal-Setting. Body composition, photos, movement screen, and a discussion of your goals, history, and any concerns. This becomes your reference for tracking progress.
  3. Personalised Programme. Your coach builds your 12-week plan using the D.N.A. framework — Daily Routine, Nutrition, Activity — addressing sleep, stress, food, and strength together.

Personal training in Singapore typically ranges from $80 to $200+ per session depending on the trainer, studio, and whether sessions are private or shared. ATP runs fully private 1-on-1 sessions at the upper end of that range. Yes. The same coach trains you throughout your programme. The coach-client relationship is one of the strongest predictors of long-term results, so we never run a rotating-coach model.

Yes. Our team includes both male and female coaches, all experienced in training female clients. If you prefer a female trainer, we will assign one at your free trial.

Most of our female clients had never seriously lifted weights before joining ATP. Your first six to eight weeks focus on movement fundamentals with light loading and technique mastery. The barrier to entry is zero.

Yes, with medical clearance. We specialise in both prenatal and postnatal personal training. Prenatal continues until your OB-GYN advises otherwise. Postnatal resumes typically six to eight weeks after vaginal delivery and longer for caesarean.

For most women, two to three private sessions per week produces the best results. One session per week works for maintenance but progress is slower.

Most of our female clients arrive with at least one nagging injury. We screen movement before programming, work around or with injuries (coordinating with physio where relevant), and never train through pain that means harm.
