Most of our female clients had never seriously lifted weights before joining ATP. Your first six to eight weeks focus on movement fundamentals with light loading and technique mastery. The barrier to entry is zero.
Yes, with medical clearance. We specialise in both prenatal and postnatal personal training. Prenatal continues until your OB-GYN advises otherwise. Postnatal resumes typically six to eight weeks after vaginal delivery and longer for caesarean.
For most women, two to three private sessions per week produces the best results. One session per week works for maintenance but progress is slower.
Most of our female clients arrive with at least one nagging injury. We screen movement before programming, work around or with injuries (coordinating with physio where relevant), and never train through pain that means harm.
