ATP was founded with a clear vision, to create a powerful, efficient and sustainable approach to personal training. Our goal is to help you achieve an amazing return on your investment, of both time and money, a return that compounds over time.

Driven by a commitment to sustainable transformation, we've combined cutting edge science with time-proven coaching strategies, and housed them within a culture of accountability and support that starts with our coaches and extends to our clients.

We've created our own proprietary education system that continually develops our coaches for your benefit. Combined with our in-house body composition and progress tracking system we are able to guide you along your fitness journey in the most efficient way possible.

Our coaching process has three pillars:

Daily Routine

We will audit every part of your current lifestyle, from work, sleep and down-time patterns to overall activity and dietary habits to ensure that any potential limiting factors are addressed and either removed or negated.

Then we will break your goals down into simple processes that add up to massive changes. You’ll build healthy, sustainable habits that become effortless over time.


You don't have to go to extremes to get life changing results. We’ll use gradual changes to help you achieve your goals without flipping your life upside down.

Healthy eating is an important part of any fitness regime. We will teach you how to fuel your body with the right foods to feel more energised through the day while enabling your body to burn more fat.


Your coach will gauge your current training capacity with a series of assessments, allowing us to understand precisely how to train you to ensure maximum efficiency and minimise risk.

Different from the approach of other gyms, which would rush you to perform exercises that your structure might not be ready for, this is a tailored plan that will change and evolve as your body adapts.
