Our methods are proven and our systems work, built on strong scientific foundations and refined according to what we know has worked in practice.
This is not a one-size fits all program, this is a plan that will evolve with you as your body changes.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- We will create a workout program based on your ability, the amount of time you can commit and your willingness to exercise.
- We will expect you to come to our gym once a week for an in-gym workout and we’ll help you commit to an exercise program to do at home or at your preferred gym the rest of the week.
- Along with your workouts we will create a diet plan specifically for you and work with you to make sure you can and do commit to it. We will update your workouts and diets weekly or as often as you need in order to keep you progressing.
- The results won’t be as fast as training more frequently but you’ll benefit from the same accountability that all of our clients enjoy. You’ll receive the same support, and the confidence that you’re on the right path.
WHAT YOUR PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF
- Once a week workout and consultation with your trainer in the gym.
- Regularly updated workouts to do 2-4 times per week depending on the facilities you have access to.
- We will encourage and help you to stay on track even when you are not in the gym.
- Diet advice in-person, by email and on Whatsapp for when you need help quickly.
- We will be there to support you and help you stick with what you’ve committed to.
- You will see consistent weight loss from week to week.
- We will document your fat loss with (private) photos and measurements.
