What was it that motivated you to take your first step at ATP?

"The final transformation was the main motivator. Having seen the before and after photos of other clients and knowing the process is fool proof, I was driven to improve my mental wellbeing and physical appearance."

What was your initial motivation to join ATP, What were you looking to achieve? What were your initial goals?

"My initial motivation was getting my body back into shape. Having trained a lot when I was a teenager and into my early 20’s I really missed being active and strong. The initial goals were to lose fat and improve strength."

What kept you motivated throughout your time at ATP?

"Two things kept me motivated during my time at ATP. The first was seeing the weight drop off week by week and second was improving strength through the weight training. Support from my trainer, friends, girlfriend and family."

How has training at ATP helped you achieve your goals?

"ATP has helped bring discipline back into my life which in turn helped me reach my goals. I learned a lot about the specific training we were doing, as well as managing the diet/macros that have resulted in such a large weight loss during my time training at ATP."

What has been the greatest difference in your life since working with ATP?

"Confidence in myself, both physically and mentally."

How would you describe your experience at ATP personal training, from the gym workouts, nutritional coaching, and support?

"Starting from day one getting weighed and having all my measurements taken was a bit of a shock to the system but only drove me to work harder to achieve the end goal.

Nutritional coaching was eye-opening. Learning more about what the body needs rather than what it wants and tailoring a diet to ensure I stuck to the goal of losing 1kg average a week. The gym workouts were tough, some days harder than others. Especially as my body was under a lot of stress both from the program and from my work life.

In summary - I had a great trainer that I would recommend to anyone starting their journey with ATP.  My trainer helped with things like injuries and specific stretches to alleviate pain and make sure we got the most out of every session.
