I’m a yoga instructor, and I also work in banking. I signed up at ATP to build more strength, mainly to advance my yoga practice and to work on the muscles that I have not been using as much in yoga. I’m glad to be able to train with Melanie who understands me very well as she’s also a yoga instructor.
I was initially surprised by how quickly my strength improved after training at ATP, which was noticeable in my yoga practice, having more strength, stability, and control in different poses. I also started to be able to engage various muscle groups, which felt nonexistent in my body before training at ATP.
My original goal for training at ATP was to build strength for yoga practice. Little did I know that the program would also help me to get a better body shape and introduce a clean eating into my life.
The power of clean eating is gold. Not only has my body shape improved, my skin has improved. I sleep better. I have more energy throughout the day. I have a healthy routine. I’m happier. We are happier because of the new healthy routine. As my husband and I both train at ATP, we are there to support each other throughout the journey. Hitting the gym early in the morning or heading out for a walk together to keep up with the active level.
My PT, Melanie, is also a trained yoga teacher. Her knowledge of both bodybuilding and yoga enabled her to guide me through my fitness journey with ATP. Melanie adapts to my style of learning and she motivates me to achieve my results. She leads by example which makes her even more admirable.
I have recommended those around me to ATP and am happy to share they also have similar positive experience with ATP and its many talented personal trainers.
