My original motivation was to really look different. I really wanted to have a dramatic change, a transformative change.
Previously I felt lousy every day, and I felt tired. I didn’t really look at the mirror, especially for my whole body.
Maybe I would look at my face because I need to do makeup. I would avoid it, I don’t really have a full body mirror at home. But now I look at myself every day and I feel confident.
I have, it was really hard just to do it on my own. So obviously, I tried eating healthy on my own, you know, doing some exercise but wasn’t getting the results.
So at the end of the day, I thought, you know, I’ve got to invest the time for myself to get a proper trainer and come to the gym on a regular basis. And I never done weight training before so it was totally new to me. That’s why I wanted a professional to guide me along the way.
I lost 9 kilos since I joined this program. Now I look at myself every day and I feel confident. Another benefit is that my energy levels are totally different.
I think when you transform your physique then your whole vibe also changes. I really like the way I am right now.
It’s not been as hard as I thought it would be, it’s actually very easy to follow. I think that’s also one of the reasons why after all my due diligence I chose ATP, because I think this is a program that I can follow. It’s actually tailored to me and with my schedule I travel a lot and I have a very busy schedule so I can’t do the program if it is too harsh, and strict or is standard to everyone.
I needed a tailored program, and then the whole process has been very easy to follow and of course I need to put in the effort and commitment but it’s easy to follow and then I get my results.
