He decided to take control of his health and prioritise his well-being with ATP Personal Training.<\/p><p>By working with a personal training coach Dennis became much more consistent with his diet and lifestyle and drastically reduced his alcohol consumption. Now he is in the best shape of his life and enjoying increased energy, confidence, and performance in his beloved cricket matches. I developed a habit of drinking almost every day.<\/p><p>After COVID, when the cricket season started, I noticed that I had put on weight, lost my speed, and felt tired quickly. It was then that I decided, &#8216;Okay. I feel more energetic, confident, and able to focus on my work better.<\/p><p>Last week, I played my first match of the season and was able to perform better because I&#8217;m feeling confident and energetic. He tried to transform himself many times but failed due to lack of training structure, nutrition guidance, and consistency<\/p><p>We managed to drop 10 kilos of bodyweight in total.
