Weekday meals planned and week end flexible, understanding nutrition labels, eating real food, getting enough sunlight, no screen time, sleep quality etc.\u201d\n<\/br>Stacking small 1% habits over time can lead to dramatic changes.\n<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Maggie prioritised daily sun exposure<\/br><\/span>\nDaily Sun exposure has  whole host of benefits: it helps with vitamin d synthesis, boost immunity, lower blood pressure and improve sleep through enhanced melatonin production.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3635c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3635c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Nutrition<\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Maggie now prepares more of her own meals<\/br><\/span>\nShe had suffered from debilitating digestive issues before working with ATP Coach Anita. Switching to 90% home prepared meals was a big factor in improving her symptoms.\n<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Cut down on refined carbs<\/br><\/span>\nConsistently eating refined carbs can lead to hunger, cravings and low energy. Maggie cut back her consumption and improved her cognition, and lowered her inflammation.\n<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">She took control of the weekends<\/br><\/span>\nMaggie worked with her coach Anita to ensure that weekend eating was managed as part of the overall plan, this helped to end an \u201call or nothing\u201d mindset and created more accountability.\n<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4321f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4321f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Activity<\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">Focus on the muscles you can&#8217;t see in the mirror<\/br><\/span>\nMaggie&#8217;s training was focused on the back of her body, in particular the muscle of the glutes and hamstrings- Coach Anita explains:\n<\/br>\n&#8220;To improve her physique and posture after her ACL injury we worked on building strength in the muscles of her back, glutes, quads and hamstrings.&#8221;\n<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:1.5em\">She now enjoys the activity<\/br><\/span>\nOutside of the gym the approach was straight forward.  We helped her reframe activity as a way to relieve stress instead of a source of stress.
