In the heart of bustling Singapore,  Shashank, a 39-year-old businessman, who woke up one day with a renewed vision for his life. He had battled an ACL injury for years, and the journey towards recovery had been long and tedious. But Shashank remembered an old saying, _”Every setback is a setup for a comeback,” and knew he was ready for a transformation.

Shashank started at ATP with three distinct goals. 1) He wanted to improve his appearance, 2)  alleviate his chronic knee pain and 3) boost his strength through calisthenics and bodyweight training.

There were obstacles, of course. His knee would flare up, interrupting his training, and his body weight and strength were stumbling blocks to his goal of mastering bodyweight muscle.

“I knew I needed to work around these hurdles,” Shashank says, “My knee pain should not hinder my progress.” ATP heard his determination and partnered with him to design a tailored training program to help reach these goals.

The journey was not easy. There were times Shashank was tempted to throw in the towel. But he remembered his mantra, “I can achieve my goals despite my knee.” And he kept pushing forward, fueled by his desire for transformation and strength.

  3. Perseverance Is Key:

    Even when my knee flared up, my coach encouraged me to keep going and helped me work around the issue, not push through it. Keep pushing and remember, every setback is a setup for a comeback.
