Software Engineer Buddinath had struggled to get in shape for years before coming to ATP Personal Training.

By his own admission he  had been trying hard to get in shape for years but with little in the way of results to show for his sacrifices.

Why did you decide to work with ATP Personal Training?

In my view, I have been religious with the training, restrictive with the diets, and giving my everything on the gym floor for a long time.

Yet, I always had pretty much the same physique, carrying about 25% body fat despite my strength gains. The worst part was that I was having higher – unhealthy levels of visceral fat and cholesterol that weren’t going down no matter what I did.

So I thought it must be genetics. That, this is the best I can do and look.

However, before settling with that idea for the rest of my life, I thought of trying out ATP as my last resort

Before starting a transformation program with ATP, Keith was spending all of his working hours on fitness shoots and it had created a frustration and internalised belief that he wasn’t ready or able to make the commitment to himself to get in shape and reclaim his health.
We overhauled elements of his lifestyle and used our comprehensive D.N.A. approach to upgrading clients’ bodies and health by assessing and gradually upgrading his Daily Routine, Nutrition and Activity including his in-gym workouts.

What have your results been like so far?

In 3 months, I have dropped 10 kilos in weight, reached 13% body fat and most importantly, reduced my visceral fat and cholesterol levels drastically.

They paired me up with Coach Iskandar who understood where I’m coming from and came up with a plan that fits my schedules.

It took a lot of work but I’d say it’s totally worth it.

How has this experience been different to doing it on your own?

With Coach Iskandar, I pushed my limits as I realized there is a whole other level to “giving it my everything” at the gym.

The journey made me aware of how what I eat, do, and don’t do impacts my body and the overall well-being.

And the best part is, realizing that I too can get the results I want and do so in a healthy and a sustainable way.
